Haisley Homestead

Haisley Homestead was established in 1975 amid the tall Ponderosa Pines. Banning Creek, a seasonal stream passes through the piney neighborhood. Amenities include tennis courts and a swimming pool. Some lots feature views to Thumb Butte and Granite Mountain. homes range from townhomes of around 1,100 sq-ft to Site-Built homes to over 3,500 sq-ft. Home prices range from around $250,000 to $500,000.

Hassayampa Village is a master-planned, golf community located in west Prescott, Arizona with 15 active luxuryious communities among the pines and boulders. Los Pinos/The Village

Los Pinos Estates and The Village are great neighborhoods w/NO HOA, and with all City Utilities but still just seven minutes from the Courthouse Plaza! Los Pinos Estates and The Village both have larger lots than most nearby subdivisions. At the time of this writing, there are five homes priced from around $500,000 to $700,000 here. There are currently no vacant lots for sale in The Village. The streets are paved, including curbs and gutters. Both Los Pinos and The Village are reached by Copper Basin Road and are close to the Prescott National Forest.

Timberridge

Timberridge is unique in that many custom builders have completed homes in the community, giving the subdivision a true, custom feel. No two homes are alike here, except where there are townhomes. Wikutepa

Wikutepa Estates one of the most picturesque neighborhoods in all of Prescott and Williamson Valley. There are numerous Pinon Pine trees and some of the largest boulders in Yavapai County – some as big as houses. Wikutepa is a well-planned and gated community zoned as 2-acre lots is located on the west side of American Ranch and Mint Creek. The community abuts The Prescott National Forest on the west. Cougar Canyon Road is paved as are all the roads leading to it. This neighborhood features an abundance of huge granite boulders and granite outcroppings. Building here will not be easy but the setting is absolutely stunning.
